Join North Country Community Mental Health (NCCMH) as we kick off 30 Days of Kindness: A Community Campaign, running from January 17 to February 17, 2025. This campaign is intended to inspire acts of kindness, spark meaningful connections, and promote mental health awareness throughout our community. From uplifting “Kindness Rocks” scattered across our region to tips for being kind to yourself and others to “Kindness Bingo”, this initiative highlights the power of empathy while raising awareness about the mental health resources available through NCCMH.
Together, let’s create a ripple of kindness that supports, uplifts, and unites us all.
Get Involved & Share Kindness
Throughout the 30 Days of Kindness, participants will have the opportunity to engage in numerous activities, including:
- Kindness Bingo: Complete simple acts of kindness and possibly win a prize. Tasks include everything from holding the door open for a stranger, to donating blood, to reaching out to someone in need. The goal is to spread kindness while raising awareness about mental health and community well-being.
- Kindness Rocks: Paint and distribute uplifting “Kindness Rocks” around the community. Community members who find the rocks are encouraged to take one if they need it, share a photo on social media using the hashtag #KindnessRocksNCCMH, or leave it for someone else to discover.
- Self-Care and Kindness Tips: Throughout the campaign, NCCMH will share helpful tips for being kind to others and to yourself, fostering both emotional resilience and connection.
