INTERESTED IN BECOMING A CONTRACTED PROVIDER WITH NORTH COUNTRY COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH?
North Country Community Mental Health Authority (NCCMH) provides contracted and direct behavioural health services to Medicaid recipients in the Counties of Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, Kalkaska and Otsego. We aspire to provide professional, trained, and qualified/licensed services to our clients. Currently, we work with over 500 contracted providers.
Our Provider Network offers a wide variety of contracted services, including:
  • Licensed Specialized Residential
  • Personal Residential/Community Living support in unlicensed settings
  • Professional Therapeutic services, such as doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, OT/PT, etc.
  • Day Programs and Clubhouses
  • Supported Employment/Skill Training
  • Administrative Services for NCCMH staff and Locations
  • Fiscal Intermediaries
  • Self-Determination Services
  • Adult & Children’s Crisis Residential
  • Out-Patient Therapy
  • Emergency Services
  • Respite Care Services & Respite Camp Experiences
  • Local Community Transport Services
  • Internships
  • Jail Diversion
  • Nursing Home Coordinated Care
  • Hospital In-Patient Treatment
