At North Country Community Mental Health (NCCMH), the people we serve come first. The NCCMH Customer Services team is here to help current and potential clients navigate the CMH system, and provide information about other resources and support available in Northern Michigan. If needed, our team can arrange free interpretive services for people with limited English proficiency or hearing impairments.
The role of our Customer Services team is to:
North Country Community Mental Health Authority serves adults with serious mental illness, persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, children with serious emotional disturbance, and persons with co-occurring substance use disorders in six counties: Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, Kalkaska, and Otsego.
