Shining a light on children’s mental health

Youth with mental health challenges and their families shared messages of hope, advocacy, and experience through creative medium such as painting, dancing, cooking, writing, and photography to honor Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week, May 3 – 8, 2020.

Announcements

North Country Community Mental Health received its fourth three-year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in November 2016. Accredited programs include: Assertive Community Treatment, Case Management/Supports Coordination, Community Integration, Crisis Intervention, Crisis Stabilization, and Outpatient Treatment. The CARF survey team found numerous areas of strength within the organization, as well as recommendations for continuous quality improvement.
