Clients are surveyed up to 4 times during the year. NCCMH aims to support positive life changes and maintain stability in key areas. The questions below help measure how many clients feel they had a positive movement from their first survey to their last or maintain stability in a positive way.





NCCMH ensures clients are respected and treated with a client-centered approach. Each month, clients can anonymously share feedback on a different question through the Happy or Not survey.
