North Country Community Mental Health is the public mental health agency serving the counties of Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, Kalkaska and Otsego Counties.
The agency will hold a hearing on its Annual Needs Assessment as submitted to the Department of Community Health.
