Emergency Services

North Country Community Mental Health provides 24 hour a day emergency services and crisis response. Services are designed to meet the mental health crisis needs of current consumers as well as the general public.
 

  • Services

    • Phone screening & triage 

    • Immediate prioritization

    • Face to face contact 

    • Individual assessment 

    • Crisis resolution and treatment prescription including:

      • Inpatient admission

      • Residential admission

      • Referral to other needed services
            

  • Eligibility

    • Emergency response and crisis resolution services are available to all people residing in or visiting Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, Kalkaska or Otsego Counties.
